This is the dark chocolate (min. 60 percent cocoa solids) we also use in all our filled dark chocolate truffles. We have chosen this dark chocolate for it’s fantastic flavour and balanced sweetness. The 21 dark chocolate rectangles come in a nice clear bag tied with a green ribbon.
