This is the milk chocolate (min. 38 percent cocoa solids) we also use in all our filled milk chocolate truffles. We have chosen this milk chocolate for it’s rich, creamy flavour and balanced sweetness. The 15 milk flowers come in a nice clear bag tied with a green ribbon.
